Successful Print Job Sending but No Printing (LK300EW/LK300W)
If you encounter the problem where the print job is sent successfully but nothing prints, it might be due to an incorrect port entered when adding the printer. Here are the steps to resolve this issue:

1. Check the Network
- Cloud Light Steady On
- Access Web Management Page via
xiiaozet.local
2. Re-add the Printer
Enter the print server’s hostname and port correctly in the address bar. For the LK300W and LK300EW models, use the corresponding port number based on which port the printer is plugged into on the print server:
- USB1: 9100 (e.g.,
lk300w_us_71.local:9100
) - USB2: 9101 (e.g.,
lk300w_us_71.local:9101
) - USB3: 9102 (e.g.,
lk300w_us_71.local:9102
)


3. Select the Newly Added Printer Name When Sending a Print Job
After re-adding the printer, select the newly added printer name when sending a print job.
