  • Ensure the print server is connected to the network. Access xiiaozet.local from a computer on the same LAN to check if the network is properly configured. If you cannot log in, reset the print server (Press and hold the reset button for 5-8 seconds) and reconfigure the network settings.
  1. Select the Correct Printer:
  • Please ensure that when you are sending a print job, you select the newly added printer name. When connected through the print server, the original direct-connect printer might show as offline. Make sure to select the printer name connected through the print server for your print jobs.

  • Locate the new printer name in the printer list and try printing a test page. If the test page prints successfully, it indicates that the incorrect printer might have been selected during your print jobs.
