Access the print server’s IP address in your browser and confirm the webpage opens normally. - Check whether the IP address and port number entered during the printer setup are correct.
- If the printer was added correctly but printing is abnormal, go to Printer Properties → Ports and uncheck “Bidirectional Support.”
- Restart your computer and printer, then try again.
