Resolution Steps
- Verify Network Connection:
- Ensure that both the computer and the print server are connected to the same local area network (LAN).
- Use IP Address (Optional):
- If you know the IP address of the print server, try accessing the web management page directly by entering the IP address in your browser.
- Reset the Print Server:
- It’s possible that the print server has not successfully connected to the network.
- Press and hold the reset button on the print server for 5-8 seconds to reset it. After the reset, attempt to reconfigure the network settings.
