Unable to Find the “USBServer_Setup” Wi-Fi
During Wi-Fi network setup, users are unable to see the Wi-Fi hotspot named “USBServer_Setup” in the list of available networks.
Resolution Steps:
- Try Different Devices to Search for the Hotspot: Use a different smartphone or computer to search for the “USBServer_Setup” hotspot to rule out device compatibility issues.
- Reset the Print Server: While the print server is powered on, press and hold the reset button for 5-8 seconds. Release the button when the USB indicator light on the print server blinks rapidly, indicating that the reset process has started.
