In this policy, “we” refers to XIIAOZET, and “you” refers to users utilizing our products (whether or not they purchase devices or bind printers) and purchasers of fee-based services. “Our products” encompass the hardware, software products, and associated services provided by us and/or our branches, affiliated companies, or partners distributed nationally. The software and application products we provide include the “XIIAOZET” app and the platform provided by XIIAOZET for cloud printing services.

Thank you for choosing to use our products and services. You may access and utilize our services through various means. We aim to provide clarity on how we collect and utilize information, as well as the measures available to safeguard your privacy, through our “Privacy Policy.” If you do not agree to our “Privacy Policy,” please refrain from using our products and services. If you have already commenced the use of our products and services, please discontinue use immediately. Your browsing or usage constitutes acceptance of this “Privacy Policy” as applicable to you.

You understand and agree that, under necessary circumstances (such as account cancellation, etc.), we may identify your identity based on your registration information to prevent others from impersonating you to operate and affect your normal use of our products and services.
(2) Data information uploaded by you
The images, documents, and other data information uploaded by you when using our products and services may belong to you or others and be protected by law, including personal information that may involve your or others’ privacy or may be protected by copyright law. After your account is deleted, we are not obligated to retain or provide the information under your account. Upon your request, except as required by law, we will delete your personal information.

X. Risks and Disclaimers
In the event of the following occurrences leading to the leakage of your personal information and privacy, we will make every effort to remedy the situation or provide assistance, but you agree that we shall not bear any responsibility:

2. Any leakage of personal information resulting from your disclosure of your user password to others, sharing your registered account with others, or others obtaining your user password.

XI. Special Provisions for Certain Countries/Regions
Personal information collected and generated during operations in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan) complies with the relevant provisions of the Cybersecurity Law of the People’s Republic of China regarding the outbound transfer of personal information and important business data.
In the special administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macau, as well as in Taiwan, our products and services comply with the applicable legal regulations of those areas, including the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance in Hong Kong. Where applicable, we commit to ensuring that you enjoy the rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), including but not limited to the right to access your data, the right to data portability, and the right to be forgotten. In the United States, our products and services comply with applicable legal requirements, including the Privacy Act, the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, and the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act.
If the rights provided by applicable legal regulations conflict with the content of this Privacy Policy, the provisions of the applicable legal regulations shall prevail. In case of any conflict between the mandatory provisions of the applicable legal regulations and the provisions of this Privacy Policy, we will prioritize compliance with the mandatory provisions of the applicable legal regulations while endeavoring to comply with the provisions of such applicable legal regulations to the extent possible.
